Expected Obamacare Flop Takes a New Turn

Republicans have always been on the move to repeal the Obamacare Health Bill since its inception in 2010. Although these efforts have proven futile, when an attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act, fell short of support in the Senate on Tuesday. One infuriated President Trump vowed to see through the failure of the health bill despite this action. He further added that Democrats would soon enough seek out help from Republicans to work on a new health bill.

The Department of Health and Human Services is in charge of duties relating to Obamacare. However, most of the staff have hinted out that they are not happy with the work. A tweet by Mr. Tom Price acknowledged that people opt to pay IRS fine to avoid the health care plan. He termed it as being too expensive.

The Trump administration has however decided to stay out of it rather than help solve the issue. This move will concurrently lead to a failure in the health plan. This also comes at a time when major insurers have withdrawn from the market in some states.

On Tuesday morning, President Trump tweeted, “Let Obamacare fail and then come together and do a greater health care plan.” It is possible that the president was speaking of Democrats who he predicts to later source out his administration in implementing a new bill.
