He founded this company to help in mobilizing and generating relevant knowledge to help in constitution building. He anticipates that the idea will be achievable once international networks of experts are brought together and come up with a policy based on evidence to make decisions. The company has incorporated 50 experts who hail from 25 countries across the globe. Whenever there is constitution transition, Sujit Choudhry says that many questions crop up. The unfortunate thing is that the issues are not well addressed due to lack of up-to-date information. Sometimes, the information found could also be incomplete. This situation makes it impossible for experts like Sujit Choudhry to offer constitutional advice. The Center for Constitutional Transition is specially created to fill in this void.

Sujit Choudhry has received law degrees from three different University namely Oxford University, the University of Toronto as well as Harvard University. He was brought up by parents who are professors and emphasized on the need for education. Mr. Choudhry has looked through the legal and political environment for the better part of his life, a fact that has made him reap success.
