Day 3: What to eat to lose weight with quick diet
Breakfast: Drink a cup of dark coffee or green/ black tea (with no sugar if you can) or a glass of water (warm water), 1 slice of backed bread with cheese and 1 apple.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg and 1 slice of backed bread; coffee, tea or water to drink.
Diner: tuna salad and a half of cup with grated carrots; drink tea or water.
