Sujit Choudhry’s Take on Constitution Change and His Role as a Comparative Law Expert

Sujit is better known by those who have met him at the University of California as Professor Sujit Choudhry. He is an expert in comparative law and a very educated scholar. In his interview, which was conducted by CEOCFO Magazine based on his role in changing the world’s emerging democracies through constitution amendments, he said that the most important thing he learned is to listen to people on the ground.
